Name/ID | Becton Dickinson FACSArray high-speed bioanalyzer |
---|---|
Count | 1 |
Facility | Molecular Cell Analysis Core Facility |
Description | Bioanalyzer |
The instrument can be used for measuring light scatter and fluorescence parameters of individual cells. Lasers: 532, 633 nm; forward scatter and side scatter detectors, 3 fluorescence detectors. Automatic sample loading from cell 96-well cell culture plates. Besides fluorescence intenstity measurements (detection of protein expression, immune phenotyping, viability) the instrument can be used for determining Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) as well.
