|Description=The microscope can make 3D fluorescence images of live or fixed cells and tissues with a resolution of 200 nm. The setup has 3 fluorescence detectors (2 with spectral resolution) + DIC. Lasers: Ar ion (457, 488, 514 nm), green HeNe (543 nm), red HeNe (633 nm). Planned extension: 405 nm laser. Time lapse imaging, line scan, point scan is also possible.  Further techniques available: FRET - Förster resonance energy transfer (ratiometric, acceptor photobleaching, donor photobleaching, two-sided)

Description microscope

The microscope can make 3D fluorescence images of live or fixed cells and tissues with a resolution of 200 nm. The setup has 3 fluorescence detectors (2 with spectral resolution) + DIC. Lasers: Ar ion (457, 488, 514 nm), green HeNe (543 nm), red HeNe (633 nm). Planned extension: 405 nm laser. Time lapse imaging, line scan, point scan is also possible.

Further techniques available: FRET - Förster resonance energy transfer (ratiometric, acceptor photobleaching, donor photobleaching, two-sided)
