The fully automated Olympus total internal reflection microscope is equipped with 4 lasers and cooled EMCCD camera. It is capable of studying cell surfaces with single molecule sensitivity in two channels. Special software allows creation of molecular (co)mobility map in the whole field of view (2D TIR-FCS/FCCS). Possibility of taking superresolution images (20 nm resolution) using PALM/STORM methods.
